MedData

MedData is a provider of technology-enabled management services for hospitals and health systems. The company was moving its 350 employees into new offices and initially requested refurbished furniture to fill their space. Price was the number one factor in this request. The local AIS rep and dealer asked MedData to consider looking at new furniture and designed a complete AIS solution. MedData was pleasantly surprised that the price was comparable with refurbished furniture without sacrificing quality and awarded the full project to AIS.

MedData's solution for the open plan was the Divi panel system with 50" high panels for seated privacy with upmount glass for exposure to natural daylight. Each office has L Series storage and Devens task seating. Private offices were completed with Calibrate Casegoods with complementing conference rooms outfitted with Calibrate Tables and Upton seating. Day-to-Day Tables can be found throughout the facility thanks to its expansive offering. The cafe is filled with square tables and Pierce seating, the training rooms have flip-top nesting tables with Stow seating, and private offices have occasional tables.
