Exceptional sales and service leads to promotions to the positions of vice president, director, and two senior level sales reps
LEOMINSTER, MA – AIS is pleased to announce another successful year having surpassed the sales goals set by the company thanks to a top-notch sales team and bolstered by new product launches, exceptional service, and ease of doing business.
The national sales meeting, held annually, welcomed just over one hundred from around the country and their central Massachusetts headquarters to celebrate another record-breaking year of growth. The meeting took place over three days in early February with presentations from teams across the company to celebrate successes, share information, recognize sales achievers, and provide a glimpse of what to expect in 2024.
AIS’ two senior vice presidents Ben Maxwell and Doug Bowen lead the meeting which featured a jam-packed agenda with nightly gatherings. The event culminated with the announcement of four promotions to members of the sales team: Justin Brzostowski, Anthony Heim, Chelsea Snow, and Modesto Montemayor.
“The AIS sales team is focused on our dealers, and it shows. Our internal teams become an extension of our dealers’ teams as they work to meet the needs of their end users. So, when we elevate members of our sales team, it’s because of their ability to develop these partnerships for the benefit of all involved. We are fortunate to have these, and all of the members, of our sales team,” said Ben Maxwell.

ustin Brzostowski
Justin Brzostowski was promoted to vice president of the northeast which includes the New York and New Jersey markets where he has worked over the six years since he joined the AIS team. In his new role, Justin will oversee of all territory managers and showrooms in the New York and New Jersey markets. Additionally, he will be responsible for new business development including coaching sales teams in this area.
Anthony Heim
Anthony Heim was promoted to the position of director of the southeast increasing his territory from the Carolinas to now include oversight of the Tennessee, Alabama, and Florida markets. A coach and mentor to territory managers and independent reps, Anthony has been with AIS for the past five and a half years and leads several company initiatives alongside colleagues and the leadership team.
Chelsea Snow
AIS veteran of 14 years, Chelsea Snow was promoted to senior territory manager for the New England region where she has had responsibility for the oversight of dealers in Mass. and RI, including some of the largest dealers in the company’s home territory. In her new role, she will work with new territory managers to provide guidance and mentorship.
Modesto Montemayor
Modesto Montemayor was promoted to senior territory manager in South Florida where he has grown the market and expanded AIS’ reach. A 20-year veteran of the industry, more than two with AIS, he now oversees the Caribbean and Mexico where he will support and territory managers to grow their regions.
AIS continues its laser focus on dealerships, their development and financial success. These promotions, and the release of many new sales and design support tools, are a demonstration of the company’s passionate commitment to our vital dealer partners.
