World Class Medical Center

This world class medical center was opening a new location in response to the COVID-19 healthcare crisis. The teaching hospital needed to update and expand their pharmacy division to respond to the needs of their patients.

AIS worked with the dealer and medical center on a solution utilizing Matrix workstations with height adjustable tables, casegoods, tables and Natick seating – plus some special casegoods
and special worksurfaces. The medical center also liked the combination of frameless glass, laminate end panels and fabric Matrix panels and included that throughout the floorplan. AIS was chosen for two key reasons. They offered products that met the client's needs at a price that came in under budget. Also, the medical center felt that the local proximity of the AIS factory during the COVID crisis would give them a better chance of getting the furniture completed and installed on time for the opening of the pharmacy. Over 100 workstations and 10 private offices were shipped in four full trucks direct to the new site.
