The Cumberland County Health Services Department was out-growing their current space. Up to 5 employees were sharing workstations meant for one and there was no room for the privacy necessary for meeting with families in need of services.
Divi workstations were chosen for the open workspaces. Gallery panels were used to define boundaries, with screens in certain high privacy areas. Due to high storage needs, AIS offered Calibrate Storage Towers for personal items and lateral files with cushions for guests. The dark laminate gave an upscale look to the open plan and coordinated with the Calibrate private offices, which used the same storage. Ancillary furniture included Day-to-Day tables in collaborative spaces and the cafe. Flip-top tables were the perfect solution for the training room, which could be used differently when tables were nested and moved to the side. Seating included the ergonomic task chair, Devens, and Grafton side chair. Stow seating complemented the tables with the ability to nest when not in use.
The GSA pricing offered by AIS plus the ability to fill the space with products from one manufacturer are what led the client to choose AIS for all their furniture needs.
